Main spindle S1 with electrically clamped dual drive.
When clamped, it functions as a positioning drive, enabling the formation of a C-axis.
All tool movements are performed via the CNC cross slide.
The CNC linear axes on the cross slide are Z (longitudinal), Y (vertical), and X (cross).
At the front section of the X-axis (cross slide), the motor milling spindle unit S2 is mounted.
This motor milling spindle is continuously adjustable and mounted on the B-axis.
The tailstock is movable laterally via the NC axis ZR, and the quill is movable via the NC axis ZP.
The steady rests (hydraulic and C-type) are driven by three-phase tip drives.
Equipment includes:
- Oil circulation cooling system
- Robotic tool changer
- Spindle head with backlash-free C-axis
- Hydraulic steady rest
- C-type steady rest
- Tailstock axes ZR and ZP
- Full-feature 3-axis milling (Y-axis travel = 340 mm)
